About Jacqueline Merson Schneider, Esq.

Jacqueline (“Jacki”) M. Schneider is a 2002 graduate of the University of Denver College of Law and was admitted to practice law in the State of Colorado in October 2002. She received her undergraduate degree with a major in Psychology and a minor in Political Science from Metropolitan State College of Denver in 1998.

In law school, Ms. Schneider worked for a water law firm in downtown Denver and also clerked for Kerry S. Hada, Esq., who was appointed to serve as a judge in and for the County of Denver. There, she who focused, domestic relations law. She also participated in the Domestic Violence Clinic where she assisted victims of domestic abuse. Upon her admission to practice, In 2004, she started her own practice as a domestic relations attorney and Child and Family Investigator for the courts, working of counsel for our firm and has since, become an exclusive member or our firm working in the areas of family law and personal injury.

Ms. Schneider is a member of the Arapahoe County and Colorado Bar Associations. She is also a member and pupilage group leader for the Minoru Yasui Inn of Court and presently serves as President of the Board of Directors of Project Safeguard, a non-profit organization that provides legal advocacy to victims of domestic abuse throughout the Denver Metropolitan area.

Ms. Schneider has lived in Colorado most of her life. She is married with a beautiful family. She volunteers at her local elementary school in numerous capacities and is the team parent for her son’s soccer team. She enjoys wine tastings, travel and spending time with her family and friends.
